The Nomad Collective jewellery is hand crafted to the highest quality and is quality checked before being sent out to you.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund should you have a change of heart. This excludes earrings for hygiene reasons.
We are not able to accept returns on sale items or items purchased through AfterPay.
All items must be returned in their original condition unworn in their original packaging 14 days from the date of delivery.
Orders will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product is not in its original condition.
International orders will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned and will incur the return shipping cost. All returns must be sent with a tracking number. We will be unable to refund items that do not reach us.
You will be notified by email once the return has been received.
